I purchased a unit from Haus Express on May 31, 2010. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Peter P. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
