False promises made by Haus Express representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4015-ZRA-2333 placed with Haus Express on July 29, 2001. I paid $345.40 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Adam B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
