Unresolved issue with Prime Homes Consultants product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1608-NAH-8716 placed with Prime Homes Consultants on June 26, 1992. I paid $185.32 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Samara D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
