Prime Homes Consultants refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5174-JUT-2288 placed with Prime Homes Consultants on May 5, 1979. I paid $377.43 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Justen K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
