I want to report a serious concern with Signature Habitat Alliance's platform that I purchased on November 25, 1996 from your Adrienneville, Missouri store. The product has received incorrect information despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Kaitlin E., but my issue remains unresolved.
