Warranty claim denied by Signature Habitat Alliance

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5507-VQK-8536 placed with Signature Habitat Alliance on September 1, 2016. I paid $669.10 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered has poor quality. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jalyn U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
