Advisory, Advisory & Firm provided defective product

I purchased a subscription from Advisory, Advisory & Firm on January 20, 2018. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Minerva X. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
