QuantumDev Platforms provided defective product

On January 11, 1977, I signed up for QuantumDev Platforms's setup assistance at their Cormierport, Maine location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $328.63, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Arvid M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
