On April 8, 2011, I signed up for Best Bazaar Ltd.'s upgrade service at their West Danyka, Arizona location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $365.27, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Nelle I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
