Hidden fees discovered from Estates of Prestige

On April 30, 2004, I signed up for Estates of Prestige's upgrade service at their Gerlachfurt, South Carolina location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $418.41, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Edwardo N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
