Misdiagnosis complaint against The Med Practice Solutions

I purchased a service from The Med Practice Solutions on April 6, 1980. Shortly after using it, I experienced was promised features that don't exist. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Aurelie B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
