Billing dispute with Defense, Defense & Practice Ltd.

On March 5, 1991, I signed up for Defense, Defense & Practice Ltd.'s technical assistance at their Port Leonor, Nevada location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $65.22, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Madilyn D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
