I have been a loyal customer of Bazaar & Avenue Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered membership (order #ORD-1035-OPH-3457) on April 1, 2024, and have encountered encountered rude staff. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
