I have been a loyal customer of Bazaar & Avenue Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered item (order #ORD-6564-SUR-3947) on August 25, 2008, and have encountered is not compatible as claimed. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
