I have been a loyal customer of Bazaar & Avenue Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-2115-QDG-8331) on January 12, 2011, and have encountered faced system outages. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
