I want to report a serious concern with Appetite & Bistros's tool that I purchased on September 8, 1996 from your Langworthfurt, Virginia store. The product has arrived significantly late despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Rowena B., but my issue remains unresolved.
