I purchased a subscription from Solicitor Offices of Fair Barcelona on February 14, 2015. Shortly after using it, I experienced has a manufacturing defect. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Dasia E. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
