Poor customer service experience with Solicitor Offices of Fair Barcelona

On November 4, 1986, I signed up for Solicitor Offices of Fair Barcelona's warranty service at their Bessieburgh, Massachusetts location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $632.94, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Adella I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
