Delayed delivery from Cuisine Foods

On May 15, 2018, I signed up for Cuisine Foods's exchange program at their Vickymouth, West Virginia location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $660.3, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Izaiah T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
