The Learning University refused to address issue

I want to report a serious concern with The Learning University's system that I purchased on April 2, 1972 from your Arneport, New Jersey store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Lilian T., but my issue remains unresolved.
