Warranty claim denied by Counsel, Counsel & Practice

I purchased a service from Counsel, Counsel & Practice on February 6, 2024. Shortly after using it, I experienced has a manufacturing defect. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Rylee B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
