Poor customer service experience with Advisory Chambers, Chambers Sharjah Enterprises

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5130-ARR-4285 placed with Advisory Chambers, Chambers Sharjah Enterprises on November 8, 2012. I paid $644.10 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Emelia Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
