I purchased a device from NetSoft Labs on July 31, 2004. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Lola B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
