I purchased a appliance from NetSoft Labs on July 8, 2018. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Imogene M. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
