I am writing regarding order #ORD-4849-DQM-1306 placed with The Artisan Delight on December 5, 2022. I paid $161.22 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Amya A. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
