I purchased a system from The Artisan Delight on January 26, 2018. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with April B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
