Poor customer service experience with Premium Abode Consultants Corp.

On November 21, 2021, I signed up for Premium Abode Consultants Corp.'s maintenance program at their Sengerland, Utah location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $933.95, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Celia N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
