I want to report a serious concern with Advisory & Associates Long Beach's service that I purchased on January 11, 2004 from your Schultzview, Nebraska store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Kiel G., but my issue remains unresolved.
