False promises made by NanoByte Applications representative

I want to report a serious concern with NanoByte Applications's account that I purchased on June 26, 1986 from your Pourosborough, Nebraska store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Darren Q., but my issue remains unresolved.
