I want to report a serious concern with NanoByte Applications's platform that I purchased on January 22, 1994 from your Norbertborough, Kansas store. The product has is missing essential components despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Fiona W., but my issue remains unresolved.
