Care Clinic refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1740-JAD-7444 placed with Care Clinic on June 4, 1982. I paid $74.82 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Allen Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
