Unsatisfactory resolution from Care Clinic

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1354-KIE-7253 placed with Care Clinic on July 12, 1972. I paid $1000.39 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kiana C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
