Complaint Details

On April 24, 2005, I signed up for LogicLink Systems's upgrade service at their Karenmouth, Illinois location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $790.59, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Magdalen A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
