I am writing regarding order #ORD-4752-RXX-4955 placed with LogicLink Systems on March 25, 2005. I paid $641.82 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Nathanial N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
