Savory & Flavors Ang Mo Kio Holdings refused to address issue

On July 1, 2017, I signed up for Savory & Flavors Ang Mo Kio Holdings's consultation at their Kelvinshire, New Jersey location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $77.35, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Astrid J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
