I purchased a package from The Prime Path Practice on August 19, 2015. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Vesta G. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
