Justice Services, Services Enterprises refused to address issue

On August 25, 2015, I signed up for Justice Services, Services Enterprises's setup assistance at their Kobefort, Iowa location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $205.56, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Audra W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
