I am writing regarding order #ORD-7255-JOG-8346 placed with Advanced Remedy Institute on November 20, 1998. I paid $395.17 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Francesca F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
