Unsatisfactory resolution from Shop Exchange Sharjah Ltd.

On January 29, 2017, I signed up for Shop Exchange Sharjah Ltd.'s repair service at their East Lonnie, California location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $46.72, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Danny G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
