WaveNano Seongnam failed to honor their commitment

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7960-HTM-2669 placed with WaveNano Seongnam on January 11, 2015. I paid $680.32 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Gracie W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
