False promises made by FusionSys Ventures Enterprises representative

On May 13, 1983, I signed up for FusionSys Ventures Enterprises's installation service at their West Francesco, Minnesota location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $908.61, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Melba T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
