I have been a loyal customer of NexusRobo Ltd. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered software (order #ORD-5208-YQZ-9018) on November 16, 1986, and have encountered experienced frequent disconnections. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
