I want to report a serious concern with ChipWeb Abu Dhabi Group's membership that I purchased on October 3, 1996 from your Strackeborough, Washington store. The product has has poor quality despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Francesca S., but my issue remains unresolved.
