I purchased a subscription from Kitchen & Group Corp. on August 30, 2002. Shortly after using it, I experienced stopped working after two weeks. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Lorenza X. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
