Kitchen & Group Corp. failed to honor their commitment

On June 5, 2002, I signed up for Kitchen & Group Corp.'s consultation at their Port Torrey, Colorado location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $280.41, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Alec H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
