Hidden fees discovered from DirectDeal Inc.

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4269-OWP-7436 placed with DirectDeal Inc. on April 23, 1970. I paid $660.93 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Raquel B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
