I want to report a serious concern with Premier Works Ajman Enterprises's application that I purchased on October 8, 2018 from your Holliefurt, Nebraska store. The product has doesn't work as advertised despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Dorris M., but my issue remains unresolved.
