I have been a loyal customer of DirectMarket for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered tool (order #ORD-8572-MEZ-4524) on May 4, 1988, and have encountered was damaged upon delivery. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
