I am writing regarding order #ORD-9699-BYP-3068 placed with Residence Consultants Group on June 14, 2019. I paid $220.40 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Alexandre Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
