False promises made by Select Investments Newcastle representative

I purchased a plan from Select Investments Newcastle on July 8, 2004. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with August E. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
